Postpartum Support

As a postpartum care practitioner, I provide emotional and physical comfort, education and evidence based resources, as well as actionable support (such as home organization, meal preparation).

Each visit will be tailored to your specific individual needs in effort to maximizing the time spent together to be as beneficial as possible.  I will work with you prenatally to build a customized postpartum plan that will help you navigate the unknown territory starting from your stay at the hospital after birth, all the way past your “4th trimester”.

My goal is to help you feel like the experts of your baby/babies, whatever that means for you.

Offering practical postpartum support in ways that the new birthing person needs, whether that may be aiding in physical or emotional birth healing, infant feeding support, food preparation, or just watching the baby while parents take a nap, all will help set up the the family’s foundation of home routine for everyone’s future wellbeing.

The first several weeks of postpartum are full of firsts; full of learning on the spot, full of trial and error, and full of emotions. Postpartum life is full of learning curves. My job is to let you lean on me for support and yours is to let me help take care of you!
